Privacy Policy

1. Service Calls & Fees
A standard service call fee applies to all appointments. This fee covers the technician’s time and diagnostic assessment. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee may be applied toward the total cost.

 

2. Same-Day Service
We strive to provide same-day service whenever possible. While we make every effort to meet urgent requests, same-day appointments are subject to technician availability and parts access.

 

3. Warranty on Repairs
We stand behind our work. All completed repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor (depending on service type). Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated issues.

 

4. Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer deep cleaning and vent services are recommended for safety and efficiency. EliteMaple Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing vent damage or issues outside of the cleaning scope.

 

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept list payment methods: e-transfer, cash. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service, and past-due invoices may be sent to collections.

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

7. Liability
EliteMaple Home Services is committed to professional, careful service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damages caused by misuse of the appliance.
